Open for business in 1975, Wick’s was known as a wholesale grower of trees and shrubs.In 2007 we moved to our new location just west of Dover, DE.We carry a huge selection of above-ground nursery stock on 43 acres in a layout conducive to healthy plants and easy accessibility.Re-wholesaling plant material, along with growing, allows us to provide our customers what they want when they want it.Rotating stock translates to fresh plant material throughout the season.
How We Serve our Customers Visiting the nursery is always key to evaluating material.We welcome visits during business hours.Our outside sales representatives live in the area where they sell, and work closely with customers.We are proud of the quality expertise of our sales staff.Meeting with landscape designers, visiting job sites, encouraging nursery visits, checking availability, providing images of trees and shrubs via e-mail, responding to quote requests via fax or e-mail, all are routine functions of our sales staff.

Delivery Our fleet of trucks is staffed by courteous and friendly drivers.We travel to landscape yards and job sites throughout the mid-Atlantic on a regular basis.Specific “local” areas (Baltimore, Annapolis, Wilmington, Philadelphia and MD-DE beach communities) are covered 2-3 times per week.Minimum quantity for delivery is one plant.
How to Order We welcome customers’ orders by phone, fax, e-mail, or personal nursery visit.Our current availability is updated each week.It is available on our website or we are happy to add your fax or e-mail address to our weekly broadcast of current availability. Ask about our weekly specials.

Pricing - Quotes are good for 30 days and are subject to price and availability.Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customer Accounts – All orders are COD unless credit terms have been arranged with Joseph Wick Nurseries.To establish credit terms a credit application must be completed in full and returned to our office for processing. The process may take several days. A credit application may be downloaded from the Current Availability page. Once credit is established terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.All first orders are COD.Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month (24% annually).Service charges must be paid in full.Accounts past 90 days will revert to COD. Payment Methods - Cash, check (no post-dated checks), and credit card(VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)are payment options.Special orders may require 50% deposit with the balance due upon delivery.Orders cancelled after being loaded are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Sales – All sales are final.No returns or exchanges.All claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.After plant material has left our nursery, we do not guarantee future viability.We cannot replace nursery stock lost by causes over which we have no control.
