Quotes are good for 30 days and are subject to price and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customer Accounts

All orders are COD unless credit terms have been arranged with Joseph Wick Nurseries. To establish credit terms a credit application must be completed in full and returned to our office for processing. The process may take several days. A credit application may be downloaded from the Current Availability page. Once credit is established terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. All first orders are COD. Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month (24% annually). Service charges must be paid in full. Accounts past 90 days will revert to COD.

Payment Methods

Cash, check (no post-dated checks), and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are payment options. Special orders may require 50% deposit with the balance due upon delivery. Orders cancelled after being loaded are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sales

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. All claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery. After plant material has left our nursery, we do not guarantee future viability. We cannot replace nursery stock lost by causes over which we have no control.
